YOU ARE YOUR OWN SPIRE

Care tailored to every stage of life

A caring and respectful approach that focuses on the unique needs and circumstances of each patient's story.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

At The Respire Center, every service is built around you, not a checklist.

We provide in-depth and unhurried psychiatric evaluations and take the time to listen and truly understand each person, offering children, teens, and adults real clarity. We prescribe with purpose. Medication is one carefully considered tool within a broader holistic plan, not the entire treatment.

The Ready Mind program helps college students navigating ADHD, learning differences, or mental health needs to thrive, prepared and ready to succeed before the pressure hits.

Our Collaborative & Integrative Care approach keeps your entire team (therapists, specialists, primary care providers, schools, and family) connected as we believe in a multi-disciplinary team approach. Secure HIPAA-compliant Telehealth is available across DC, MD & VA.
